There's something magical about pushing your body to the edge.
During a hard run or workout it comes to a phase past the anticipated suffering, where your legs and body just keep going. You feel like your body is not yours anymore. It moves on its own and you just need to ride the rhythm. Some call it second wind. Well if you abuse your body it might as well just shut down and that's another side of the coin.
To tap that place full of highs. A feeling money can't buy.
