Aahhhhhh
dah lama tak rasa nervous dupdap macam ni
berdebar-debar setiap masa, tak sabar, excited, cuak, gerun, malu ehhhh
Besok lari fm scklm. kembali setelah last 2013 buat half marathon disitu.
Route dah berubah, dengarnya terjal dengan combo akleh-mrr2-duke-bukit tunku.
Adehhh rasa nak terkenchinggg

UPDATE 10aug

So 3 hari dah lepas scklm. Nak report sikit lah pengalaman.
Welp, turned out it was a good outing.  Berdasarkan beberapa point berikut
  1. Cuaca nice, transition gelap ke cerah sangat selesa. Mendung redup, angin bertiup sepoi-sepoi. Takde jerebu. Dekat tengahari barulah matahari betul keluar.
  2. Moral high. Takde mentally hit the wall mentally pun sepanjang distance. Semangat & motivasi full all the way..takde grumpy ke rebel ke kerenah apa2 atas jalan tu.
  3. Tak rasa unmanagable. maknanya steady je la tak overly penat burnt out atau hit the wall physically. Memang larat lari dengan enjoy all the way. Tenaga ok, perut pun ok takde masalah nak terverak terkencing ke apa time lari.
Tapi performance-wise, memang tak berapa steady la. Memang lah berjaya habiskan distance 42km lari dengan strong finish, tapi not the strongest. Not my best run. Kekurangan training dah dijangka akan dirasai sedari awal mula lagi, pasal tu tak set target apa-apa pun. Seawal km27, calves tunjukkan tanda protes so all the way dah tak lari sangat. Just alternate antara jogging & jalan bila terasa muscle pull balik. Too bad. Tapi itulah, training lacklustre sangat. Masa puasa & raya tak disiplin training.
I finished 2 hours away from my best time (4:10- Jakarta 2014).

Anyway, post marathon- everything is fine. Enjoy the soreness, and excited nak training better untuk perform next full marathon (yang tak tahu hujung pangkal bila)
